Terrible food and atmosphere. The only place we eat Chinese food in the area is Szechuan Palace in Richmond. SP is as good as Chicago Chinese the out.

Worst Chinese EVER! Food lacked flavor and we are almost certain it gave us food poisoning. Thanks again!

Disappointing. I would rather order from the other chinese resteraunt even though its smaller. The food there is better. I will never dine here again.

Wish I could give NO stars! Chicken and peapods was way over cooked, burnt and barely any meat...if you call it meat! Fried rice was slimy, gross and tasteless. Eggrolls were the only good thing. Rest of it went in the trash because it was not even fit for mydogs to eat. For all I know it was dog. Been eating there for years and I will never go back.

We stopped here for lunch, and were pleasantly surprised. The egg rolls were excellent. The lunch plate portions were perfect size and the meat was extremely tender. Service was great.

Food was great. Nice size portions. Price was decent. Decor is old school Chinese restaurant. Definitely a place to go to get away from hotel food and lake Geneva Main Street food

The WORST Chinese food I have ever had. Our party had the overpriced ($10.50) Sunday lunch buffet. I can overlook run down and dirtyish setting, but the food tasted bad and was overly oily. Our entire party would recommend that you skip this Willinos restaurant.

I have been going to Su WIngs my entire life. I have moved around the country and whenever I am home, I am stopping by Su Wings for Egg Rolls, I have been known to drive 40 miles north just for their egg rolls!!

I've never had better eggs rolls or chop suey! Highly recommend the veggie and beef chop suey as well as their delicious egg rolls. And if you call ahead to take it to go, they have a window for pick up!

Always used to love this place. On last visit we got our food from lunch buffet sat down and a cockroach came out of the bowl with the sugar packets. The waitress saw this and came over and took the bowl in the back and said sorry. I'll never be back.

The lo mein was made with spaghetti pasta, the General Tso's tasted different than any other version I have had, and they charged us for refills without telling us so. Not worth it...

My all time favorite Chinese place. The restaurant is a bit dated and the menu has not changed in a while, but the food is great.

A typical decor but the food was fabulous.. We had an overly friendly waiter-the sort that talks your ear off despite the fact that your drooling on your food and feel as though you will die of starvation if he wont shut the hell up-and he came back to often..i felt like inviting him to sit down since he was hanging out so much- The sweet and sour soup was excellent..the egg roles were divine( And I consider myself an eggroll connoisseur) We had a sort of appetizer platter which included a super hot metal plate on a rickety metal holder with an open flame under it-just to cook some little meat stick things..I asked the waiter to take it off the table immediately! Of course my hunny had to try it out first-the intention is to cook the little raw sticks of meat on it-however they stick to the cast iron so it makes the whole contraption teeter and all I can think of is im going to be set on fire!!!!! Everything else we ordered(the meal for 2) was delicious. I highly recommend ordering ahead if your doing take out. We were ignored for at least 20 minutes and when we ordered the woman at the bar(4 chairs and a small bar top)she was hurrying me to the point where I felt like I was aggravating her and wasting her time.I had questions on what I could change in the dinner for 2 meal...i had to pay extra to change the soup from won ton to sweet and sour...why is that..is it harder to ladle the other soup into a plastic container? Although we ended up figuring it out..we waited what seemed like an endless amount of time. The beef and broccoli is soooo yummy..The food is the best part..and i guess that beats a long wait and an overly eager(feels like he is begging for a good tip..poor thing)waiter...Check it out

I may have been more happy with this restaurant if I was a meat-eater, but even that is doubtful. None of the soups or appetizers were vegetarian, and the rest of the menu offered slim pickings. What we did order (non-descript veggies with white sauce and noodles, and non-descript veggies with "spicy" red sauce and rice) was edible, but that's about it. Their sake was not so good either. Our waitress was friendly and tried to help us find something agreeable on the menu. Without her, this review would be a one star. The restaurant itself was kind of sad-looking. We were seated at a table that was separated from the others by what looked like a partition for office cubicles. The paper placemats with local advertisements and expired coupons were a nice touch too. I would not come back here.

Considering we are in Lake Geneva, this Chinese joint suprised us. The meal started off poorly with a very strange rendition of Hot and Sour soup that did not grow on me. Next came the egg rolls, which were clearly home made, and extremely delicious. I could have eaten three of them for dinner, although there were a bit on the greasy side. The fried rice was very good and had nice char marks on it from an apparently very hot wok. It was not the typical soy-sauce laden kind you usually get, it was more like the japanese steak house variety. The Moo Shu chicken was very good--and tasted fairly typical of past restaurants. I would definitely return to this place if I am again in the mood for Chinese in Lake Geneva.

Competent Chinese food. Big plus that they deliver (quickly) to the Timber Ridge. Good pot stickers and Won Ton soup, good chicken, good noodles. Stay away from beef dishes.

My lady and I were hungry! And everything happened to close at 8 or 9 on a Tuesday. No luck on finding a sit down, so we decide to take out. I hate it when customers come in, ask what time the restaurant closes (as if that will change their mind if they will eat there or not), and asks to sit down even though, "we close in about 5 minutes". So 30 min till closing we order to go. Shrimp Kow and Beef and Broccoli. Both tasted good, but the thing that stood out with the B&B was how tender the dog was (I kid I kid). The meat was seriously so tender, that I could cut it with my chopstick. The crab rangoon was "I've had better", but still scarfed them down. Wonton soup was a-ok, but the egg drop soup must've been dropped on its head when it was a little baby.....because I couldn't eat more than 3 bites. Yes, it's true that this restaurant has very little competition.......but if you're craving Chinese, this will definitely hit the spot.

The food tastes good but we haven't been back since my fiance chipped his tooth on a bone piece in his eggroll.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
